Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide educational and behavioral support to children and adults with special needs. In this role, you will work closely with school professionals and behavioral specialists to help individuals achieve meaningful learning and behavioral goals. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavioral and instructional programs Support students or clients in achieving academic, social, and behavioral objectives Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Monitor progress and document behavioral data Foster a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years of age Two (2) years of pediatric or related experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements Additional Requirements Current CPR certification (if applicable) TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required) Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay ($22-$27/hour) Meaningful, rewarding work with a direct impact on individuals and families Collaborative and supportive team environment Valuable experience in behavioral health and education If you are passionate about helping others and want to make a difference in your community, we encourage you to apply.
