Excellent data collection skills for tracking client progress accurately during sessions. Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient care and promoting positive behavioral change. Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation practices, and familiarity with HIPAA compliance is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in behavior analysis or related fields are advantageous.
