Job Description
Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a rewarding new environment where your skills will support positive outcomes for students in an educational setting. This contract role offers the chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and make a meaningful impact by delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
Must hold an active BCBA certification Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred Strong grasp of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning Ability to communicate effectively with educators, staff, families, and students Flexibility and adaptability to work across various school sites as neededPrimary Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and oversee behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with school staff Train and coach teachers, aides, and families on ABA techniques and student-specific plans Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing adjustments to interventions Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to ensure student needs are addressed Maintain thorough documentation and reports in accordance with school policies Collaborate with allied professionals, such as teachers, school psychologists, and counselorsPerks and Benefits:
