    • Position Overview
    • As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients to support skill development and behavior reduction goals utilizing evidence-based practices, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You'll collaborate closely with supervising clinicians and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
    • Key Responsibilities
    • + Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) + Provide 1:1 behavioral support in home, school, or clinical settings + Collect and record data accurately during sessions + Assist clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills + Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols + Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and families + Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards •Schedule & Employment Type•+

    Flexible; may include weekdays, afternoons, and occasional weekends depending on client needs
    • Qualifications
    • + High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred + Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus + Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Reliable transportation and valid driver's license + Ability to pass background check and meet state requirements •Benefits•+ Weekly pay + Direct deposit + Health, dental, and vision insurance options •Why Join Us?
