ASAP ABA

is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Ramona and North San Diego . About the Role As a BT/RBT, you will work directly with clients in home and community settings , implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. This is a hands-on, meaningful role where you'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in the community Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs Collect accurate data and document session notes Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and participate in ongoing training Maintain professionalism with families and caregivers What We're Looking For Passion for working with children and making a difference Reliable, consistent, and professional demeanor Strong communication and willingness to learn Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback RBT certification required Why Join
