Job Description

Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. As a Per Diem School-Based Paraprofessional, you'll play an essential role in fostering academic, behavioral, and social growth through individualized attention—helping students gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed. You'll thrive in this position if you are passionate about supporting students with diverse needs and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, student-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 or small group academic and behavioral support under teacher supervision Assist students during daily routines, classroom activities, and transitions Implement behavior support plans and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide assistance with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning atmosphere
Desired Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher Must be at least 18 years old Able to stand, walk, and assist in lifting when necessary Willingness to complete required fingerprint background clearances prior to starting Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care is a plus Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges preferred Certification or experience in CPI, PMT, or as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) considered advantageous Demonstrated dependability, patience, and teamwork Enjoy the flexibility and stability of a per diem role, paid weekly at $22.00/hr, with scheduling options that match your availability.
