Redlands, CA (with potential for occasional work in Rancho Cucamonga) Dr. McReynolds is seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Behavioral Technician II to join our dedicated neurofeedback team in Redlands. This role is ideal for a professional with strong client-care experience, emotional steadiness, comfort with technology, and an interest in EEG-based neurofeedback. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, compassionate, and able to support consistent daytime clinic operations while working collaboratively with a professional team. Key Responsibilities:
Apply and monitor EEG sensors during neurofeedback sessions. Provide compassionate, professional client care in a supportive clinical setting. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to support understanding of the neurofeedback process. Maintain accurate client records, including chart preparation and progress documentation. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies to protect client confidentiality. Contribute to clinic initiatives and support company growth through collaboration and teamwork.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required in psychology, neuroscience, health sciences, human services, education, rehabilitation, child development, or a related field. Minimum three years of clinical, healthcare, behavioral health, disability services, or related client-care experience preferred. Additional education or certifications in a relevant field preferred.
Qualifications:
Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, education, disability services, or with individuals with disabilities preferred. Experience in EEG neurofeedback is preferred, but training is available for candidates with strong client-care backgrounds. Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, emotional steadiness, and organizational abilities in a clinical setting. Availability to work in Redlands during daytime and later afternoon hours, with some flexibility based on client needs. Willingness to occasionally support clients at the Rancho Cucamonga clinic as needed. Comfort with technology and ability to multitask in a clinic-paced environment. Commitment to long-term professional growth within the organization.
Scheduling & Work Environment:
This position is primarily based in the Redlands office, with a schedule that includes daytime and after-school/later afternoon hours. We strive to maintain a predictable yet flexible work schedule that adapts to client needs while supporting employee well-being. Occasional travel to the Rancho Cucamonga location may be requested based on staffing needs.
