In this role, you will work closely with clients, families, and supervisors to implement personalized behavioral interventions rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA), Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI). Your dedication will help foster growth, independence, and improved quality of life for the kids you work with. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans based on behavioral therapy principles and ABA techniques to support children with autism Collect and record behavioral data of clients to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Collaborate with supervisors, coworkers, educators, and families to ensure consistency in care and maximize therapeutic outcomes Ensure the safety and engagement of clients during the sessions Assist with assessments, intake procedures, and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies Participate in ongoing training related to behavioral health, special education, and diagnostic evaluation techniques Experience & Qualifications Experience in ABA and a certification as a Registered Behavior Technician are highly preferred. (But not a must. We provide training for all our staff.) Fluency in English is required; bilingual in Chinese is a plus Working experience in clients' home settings, school settings, and center settings is highly preferred Knowledge of behavioral therapy methods, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and data collection techniques is preferred Prior experience working with children or individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly preferred Experience working within special education or behavioral health settings is advantageous Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and families Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude toward patient care and behavioral health support Join us in creating a supportive environment where every individual's potential is unlocked through compassionate care and evidence-based practices.
