Behavioral Technician Location:
Ontario, CA Skills:
Behavioral Technician A Behavioral Technician is responsible for providing direct behavioral therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders. They work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. We do offer paid training.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA Collect data on client progress and behavior Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients Assist with the development of new BIPs as needed Communicate with the BCBA and other team members regarding client progress and any concerns Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to collect and analyze data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and receive feedback
