  • Full-time We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Ridgecrest, CA for next school year The ideal candidate will have expertise in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing patients, creating treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to improve the quality of life for individuals with special needs. ## Duties
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' behavior and needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Implement behavior modification strategies to address challenging behaviors
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Experience and Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
  • Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate interventions
