ICAN-B is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service provider that was established in 2015 that serves families in Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange, and Inland Empire).

www.ican-b.com We are looking for Behavior Technicians in Riverside and surrounding areas!
Job Description:
A Behavior Technician provides direct in-home, Center (Inland Empire) and/or school-based services to children diagnosed with Autism and other related disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Behavior Technicians will:
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (i.e. DTT, NET, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home, school, and community. Collect accurate & reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors Address problematic behaviors in accordance with Professional Crisis Management Association Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication Pay rate: $20 - $24 per hour based on experience and education
Qualifications:
Must have at least 18 years old/have a high school diploma to apply 2 years college coursework in the areas of child development, special education, psychology, or related field (preferred) Experience working with children Experience working with individuals with special needs, Autism (preferred) DOJ Background/fingerprint clearance Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance
URGENT NEED
Availability M-F 3pm-8pm, in-home support; morning and in-center needs vary
