- Community Integration & Team Support Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Natalie Cooper Roseville, CA Job Details Part-time $25.56 - $30.78 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications RBT Certification Teamwork Working with individuals with disabilities Driver's License Seeing patients as a registered behavior technician Full Job Description Join a highly collaborative support team focused on helping an adult with autism live an active, meaningful life. This position works during the busiest part of the day and is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, community outings, recreation, and supporting positive experiences. Responsibilities Support community access and participation Assist with implementation of behavior support strategies Work alongside family members and other DSPs Encourage independence and skill development Document progress and observations Qualifications RBT certification required Experience implementing behavior plans Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable transportation and Drivers License Comfortable supporting individuals in community settings Clean Background Check The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, thinks creatively, and believes adults with disabilities deserve opportunities to participate fully in their communities.

Pay:

$25.56 - $30.78 per hour
