As a BCBA, you will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress by utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques, conducting comprehensive assessments, and collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact while working in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Duties Design and supervise behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors. Conduct detailed behavioral assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and functional analyses, to inform treatment strategies. Collect, analyze, and interpret data rigorously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to behavior technicians and caregivers to ensure fidelity of intervention implementation. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, treatment notes, intake forms, and progress reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with medical professionals and educational teams to coordinate care plans that support the client's overall well-being. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions to uphold best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral health. Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. Strong skills in data collection methods, analysis, and reporting for clinical decision-making. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations with attention to detail. Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation standards, and electronic health record systems. Excellent communication skills for training staff and engaging families effectively. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality and secure handling of medical records.
