Job Description

ConnectCare ABA is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA practice dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based services to children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder. We are currently seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our growing team in the Sacramento area. Approximately 15-20 hours per week to start, with opportunities for additional hours as services expand.
Anticipated Schedule Summer Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM (potentially until 1:00pm) School-Year Schedule (beginning August 2026): Monday-Friday 2:30 PM
  • 5:30 PM (potentially until 6:30 PM) Compensation Behavior Technician (BT): $20.00
  • $24.00 per hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $24.00

00 per hour Compensation is based on experience, certification status, and qualifications. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior targets during each session. Utilize evidence-based teaching and behavior management strategies. Collaborate with caregivers and the supervising BCBA to support treatment goals. Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings. Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to confidentiality requirements.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Availability consistent with the schedule listed above. Passion for working with children and families.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities. Bachelor's degree or coursework in psychology, education, child development, behavior analysis, or a related field. CPR and First Aid certification. Benefits Flexible scheduling.
