$26.00 - $28.00 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Interventionists and RBTs to join our team. You will work directly with clients — primarily children and adolescents — implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement ABA therapy programs as outlined in individualized treatment plans Collect and record accurate data during each session Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and family members Maintain professional, supportive relationships with clients and caregivers
REQUIREMENTS RBT
certification or equivalent experience preferred Experience with ABA therapy or working with individuals with autism/developmental disabilities Must be available 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM at least 3 days per week Reliable transportation Strong organizational and interpersonal skills High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
