Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or qualified Behavior Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to provide behavioral leadership and direct student support for the remainder of the school year, with potential for summer and next school year extension for the right candidate. Join the Soliant Education team to make a meaningful impact while supporting elementary students and supervising school-based behavioral staff across multiple campuses!
Pay and Benefits:
$55-$60/hr We offer medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans 401k with employer match
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification preferred; Behavior Specialist candidates close to BCBA completion will be considered Experience working with children in school-based settings required Strong background in behavior intervention planning, staff supervision, and ABA implementation Ability to travel between 3 elementary school sites
Onsite Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral consultation and direct support services across 3 elementary school campuses Supervise and support 11 Registered Behavior Technicians and 22 paraprofessionals Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans Collaborate with school staff, families, and administrators to address student behavioral concerns Monitor intervention fidelity and student progress while coaching staff on implementation strategies
Interview Process:
(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school Client is interviewing and extending offers very quickly. Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
