• After School Behavior Technicians - Schools Setting

• The•Behavior Technician•plays a vital role in supporting students and individuals with special needs in school and educational settings.

This position focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting academic and social development, and collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to promote positive outcomes.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision + Support students with academic tasks, social skills, and emotional regulation + Collect and document behavioral data accurately + Assist with classroom routines and transitions + Collaborate with special education teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists + Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed + Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment •

Minimum Requirements:

• + High school diploma or equivalent (required) + Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred) + Active CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
