  • We are seeking dedicated and compassionate
  • Behavior Technicians (BTs)
  • to provide
  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • services to children in home, school, and/or clinic settings. This role supports clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We currently have openings for both: +
  • After-school schedules
  • + •Daytime school-based schedules•This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the ABA field and make a meaningful impact.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA + Work 1:1 with clients to build communication, behavioral, and social skills + Collect and record accurate data during sessions + Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs + Communicate progress and updates with supervisors and caregivers + Maintain consistent, professional, and ethical interactions
  • Minimum Qualifications

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • + High School diploma or equivalent required + Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
