Location:
San Diego Your Role as a BCBA Consultant Design and oversee treatment programs for adolescents and adults ages 18 and older with autism, cognitive disabilities and other special needs in residential facilities and day treatment programs. Train and instruct supervisors, managers and other professionals in the proper implementation of behavior support and treatment planning. Design and present a variety of in-service training to residential and day treatment staff in order to support skill building and program management. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings while updating the client's treatment plan and supporting consistency among the team members. Conducting initial FBA to evaluate a client's needs and developing individualized goals and objectives that will be measured and analyzed ongoing. Analyzing program progress, modifying treatment plans and writing progress reports that summarize a client's current functioning. Attend and participate in transition meetings to present a client's current level of performance, progress on current goals, and proposed objectives. Consult with professionals in person, via phone and through telehealth/video conferencing means What We're Looking For (Qualifications): BCBA certification Master's degree 3 + years experience Why OBH?
