We are a small family-owned company, and we are committed to supporting children, teens, and families with individualized, evidence-based interventions that foster growth, independence, and meaningful outcomes. 1-Step Ahead is seeking a Mid-Level ABA Supervisor to join our growing team! This position provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on supervisory experience while working toward your BCBA or BCaBA certification. Position Overview As a Mid-Level Supervisor, you will oversee in-home and school-based ABA programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and supporting behavior interventionists in implementing individualized treatment plans. You will work under the guidance of a BCBA while building your own supervisory and leadership skills. At 1-Step Ahead, everyone is a team player —supervisors are expected to provide a mix of direct intervention and supervision to best support our clients and staff. Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavior interventionists Deliver direct ABA intervention as part of client programming Support implementation of individualized treatment and behavior plans Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Collect, review, and analyze client data to inform treatment decisions Model effective strategies and provide feedback to interventionists Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical team members Attend team meetings and training sessions as required Qualifications Must have either: A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field and be actively pursuing BCBA certification , OR A current BCaBA certification At least 1 year of ABA experience in direct therapy and program implementation Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Experience working in both home and school environments preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $32-$35/hour , depending on experience and education Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive team environment with growth potential Flexible scheduling options Opportunities to gain supervised fieldwork hours toward
