Monday-Friday with weekend availability as needed.Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in California. This role involves providing high-quality ABA services, supervising clinical staff, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client success.Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide direct supervision for clients on your respective caseload as clinically appropriate. Supervise and support RBTs and/or BTs within 2-tier or 3-tier service models. Ensure clinical quality, ethical standards, and treatment fidelity. Complete assessments, progress reports, and documentation accurately and on time. Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing collaboration. Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code , California regulations, and company policies. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development.Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Active BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (required upon hire). Active California licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility and willingness to obtain licensure in California. Minimum of 4 years of ABA supervisory experience (2-tier or 3-tier models). Experience conducting FBAs; report writing experience is required. In-depth knowledge of clinical policies, regulations, and compliance requirements. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Excellent time management, organization, and documentation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patient, compassionate, and approachable demeanor. Comfortable providing direct services. Willing and able to work weekends as needed.Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish preferred. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Experience in home-based, clinic-based, or school-based settings. Familiarity with electronic data collection and clinical software systems.Benefits:
