The Behavior Technician will work with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). At PBA you will be joining a small, BCBA owned, company where you can expect 25-40% of your work supervised. • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on observable client behavior
• Educate clients and caregivers on implementing behavior support strategies
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
• Acquiring an RBT credential within 90 days of hire. Experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience or knowledge in ADLs, special education, and behavioral health is preferred
• RBT credential is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish (or another language) is preferred.
• Ability to be coachable, accept and implement feedback on the job.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and work as a team.
