Our approach is collaborative, relationship-driven, and individualized. We prioritize meaningful progress over "checking boxes," and we genuinely invest in our team. About the Role We're looking for a dedicated RBT to provide in-home and school-based ABA services to children with autism. This role is ideal for someone who values connection, consistency, and wants to be part of a supportive, close-knit team. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and school environments (paid training provided) Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect and track data to monitor client progress Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA regarding sessions and goals Collaborate with families, teachers, and other team members to support consistency across settings Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and follow all mandated reporting requirements Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development Compensation $30-$35 per hour based on experience Quarterly performance-based raises Qualifications Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for all new team members. Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and special education principles. Ability to work effectively with children and individuals with autism in a compassionate, patient, and energetic manner. Excellent data collection skills with attention to detail for accurate progress tracking. Knowledge of medical documentation practices, medical terminology, and maintaining secure medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards.
