Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Demonstrated experience in a school setting Proven ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skillsResponsibilities:
Oversee and supervise RBTs within school programs Conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Provide ongoing training and support to RBTs and staff Document progress and adjust strategies as neededBenefits & Perks:
