Role:

We're hiring a Behavior Analyst Apprentice (RBT) to: Provide direct ABA services to 1-2 clients (in their homes) Receive 1:1 mentorship and supervision from seasoned BCBAs Log restricted and unrestricted hours toward BCBA certification Build real-world clinical skills and family coaching confidence This role is open to candidates anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area, including the Peninsula, South Bay, East Bay, and surrounding cities. You'll be matched with clients close to your home whenever possible , with an emphasis on reducing travel and maximizing time with families. This role is ideal for candidates who have already completed their BCBA coursework and are serious about high-quality, ethical ABA.

ABA Ideal Candidate:

Active RBT certification Is in their LAST semester of BCBA coursework or has completed it Has completed a minimum of 1,000 fieldwork hours, unrestricted + restricted Enrolled in a Verified Course Sequence (VCS) Comfortable working in-home, directly with families Passionate about learning, playing, and making meaningful change
