School-Based BCBA

The ABRITE Organization is currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for school-based positions. Salary:

$40.00-$43.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Training and support to individualized behavior interventionists Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Develop, supervise, and monitor behavior intervention plans and other student specific protocols designed to meet IEP goals Develop, measure, and modify IEP goals with a concentrated focus on outlining behavioral, social-emotions, and functional replacement goals for students. Collaborate with ABRITE's education and special service provider teams Maintain regular communication with external team members including school district administrators

Current BCBA certification •At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with special education needs Experience training school staff and parents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member Fingerprint background clearance Tuberculosis (TB) clearance ABRITE is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
