Full Job Description Position Title:

Paraeducator /

Behavior TechnicianLocation:

Central Coast, CA (Santa Maria, Paso Robles, Cambria, Atascadero, San Miguel, Arroyo Grande, Santa Ynez Valley, and more)

Schedule:

Full-time and On-Call Substitute Assignments AvailablePay:

Paraeducator:

$18$20/hour

Behavior Technician:

$25/hour

Responsibilities May Include:

Supporting students in classroom settings (K12) Assisting with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs Implementing teacher or specialist-led plans Providing 1:1 or small group support Assisting with toileting and mobility needs (as required) Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and school staff

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Title 1 testing may be required (we can proctor if needed) Must be comfortable with toileting and site flexibility Experience working with children or in education preferred but not required
