Essential Skills and Qualifications Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB Experience working with individuals with IDD or related disabilities preferred Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills Ability to follow individualized treatment plans accurately Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Reliable and committed to consistent, high-quality service delivery Nice to Have Skills Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or other languages Experience with data collection and progress tracking Certification in CPR and First Aid Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred) Prior experience in behavioral therapy, education, social work, or related fields Other Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in California This is a non-driving position; reliable transportation is not required Valid certifications (e.g., RBT) must be maintained and up-to-date Willingness to undergo background checks and ongoing training Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed Embark on a rewarding career where your skills truly change lives.
