Fox Therapy Services is seeking a talented and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our close-knit family in Westlake Village, CA. As a part of our multidisciplinary flagship clinic, you'll collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Feeding Specialists in an inspiring, team-oriented setting. Duties Provide direct one-on-one support to children with autism and other behavioral challenges. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA. Monitor and document client progress, maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate clients and their families on behavioral strategies and techniques to promote positive behavior changes. Assist in developing and modifying treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and observations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and therapists, to ensure a cohesive approach to care. Qualifications Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special education needs is preferred, but we welcome passionate new RBTs Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and families about behavioral strategies. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential are crucial for success in this role.
