Deliver 1:1 or small-group behavioral and academic support following teacher directions Implement behavior intervention plans and adhere to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Assist students with daily routines, transitions, classroom participation, and personal care Support mobility, supervision, and maintain safety within the learning environment Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere that promotes student growth

Qualifications & Compliance Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; minimum age 18 years Current TB test per school district policies Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance when necessary Required clearances must be up to date or obtained prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience:
