SELECTION PROCEDURE

This is a

PROMOTIONAL AND OPEN

recruitment to establish an eligibility list, fill vacancies and hire substitutes. Substitutes work on an as-needed basis to fill in for absent employees. An eligibility list will be created from this recruitment and will be used to fill permanent vacancies which may occur during the life of the eligibility list. In a promotional and open recruitment, the promotional list shall take precedence. When the promotional list contains fewer than three eligible and willing employees, certification of additional ranks shall then be made from the open list. Positions in this classification are part-time (30-32.5 hours per week), 10 months per year, 196 days. The recruitment process will consist of an evaluation of the submitted supplemental form and an oral technical interview, which is tentatively scheduled during the weeks of June 1-12, 2026. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

Under the direction of an assigned administrator, assist the Behavior Analyst in implementing individualized intervention with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; monitor, redirect and modify student progress regarding maladaptive behaviors and performance.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

Active Registered Behavior Technician certification, issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) Training is desirable.
