Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Liberty Elementary - Tulare Print Application Deadline Until Filled Date Posted 6/4/2026 Contact Stesha Newkirk (559) 686-1675 Number of Openings 1 Salary Pay Range $69,516.00 - $90,623.38 Annually Add'l Salary Info Pay Dependent Upon Experience (Up to 10 Years Service Credit Given), Stipend for Master's Degree Length of Work Year 185 Employment Type Full Time Job Summary Job Summary Liberty Elementary School District is seeking a highly qualified and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and developmental needs in a TK-8 educational setting. The BCBA will work closely with the School Psychologist, Special Education staff, teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective behavior support systems that promote student success in the least restrictive environment. The BCBA will provide expertise in behavior assessment, intervention design, staff training, data analysis, and crisis prevention strategies while helping build the district's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework.   • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans.
  • Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and special education regulations.
