School- Based Behavior Technician (Mon-Fri)

• As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a meaningful role in supporting children and adults with special needs in school settings.

You'll work side-by-side with educators and behavioral specialists to help students build skills, meet learning goals, and navigate their day with confidence. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping others, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow in the fields of education, psychology, or behavioral health.

• What You'll Do:

• + Support students in reaching their academic, social, and behavioral goals + Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of school and clinical teams + Build positive, trusting relationships with students and staff + Help create a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment

• Minimum Requirements:

• + High school diploma or equivalent + Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred (school, childcare, ABA, or similar) + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years old
