Company DescriptionAt Dungarvin, we support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible through person-centered services rooted in respect, response, and choice. Founded in 1976, Dungarvin provides community-based supports focused on creating meaningful, real-world outcomes for the people we serve.
As a Behavior Analyst at Dungarvin, you will provide direct clinical support within our adult day programs in Fairfield and Vacaville. This role is hands-on and collaborative, giving you the opportunity to design behavior supports, work closely with staff and families, and see progress reflected in people's daily lives.
You'll apply your clinical expertise in community-based settings rather than a clinic-only environment, supporting independence, confidence, and connection across home, work, and community experiences.

Participate as a member of our professional interdisciplinary clinical team which provides assessments, intervention strategies, and consultation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. $89,187 / year Full wage scale: $89,187•$96,749.13 (Future increases within the posted range are based on tenure and performance per Dungarvin's compensation guidelines.)Schedule:

BCBA TrackCertification:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.Option 2:Licensing TrackLicense:
Current Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or any other licensed professional whose California licensure permits the design and/or implementation of behavior modification intervention services.Education:
Completion of 12 units of ABA coursework from an accredited institution.Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of behavior modification intervention services.General Requirements (all candidates):
Education:
Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field.Core Skills:
Strong analytical, administrative, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work collaboratively while maintaining high clinical standards.Logistics:
