IMPORTANT
Please only apply if you are seriously interested in working as a Behavior Technician. This is a hands‐on, direct‐care role working 1:1 with children with autism. We're hiring Behavior Technicians for a new region where cases come with more authorized hours per client. That means more consistent hours with the same families, real relationships with the kids you work with, and the kind of mentorship from BCBAs that actually helps you grow. Why BTs are interested in this role Consistent hours with the same clients (less bouncing between cases) Start with a small caseload, grow as more clients come $30 to $35/hr depending on experience Full benefits package available for qualified employees meeting minimum hours Mileage reimbursement Paid training Clear path to Program Supervisor and BCBA roles Strong BCBA mentorship that actually helps you level up What you'll be doing Working 1:1 with children with autism, running ABA programs designed by your BCBA Implementing behavior plans and collecting session data Building real relationships with families In‐home direct 1:1 based sessions across Marin and Solano counties The region We cover cases in Larkspur, San Rafael, Novato, Vallejo, Fairfield, and Vacaville . Early on you'd take cases across these cities as they come in. As we grow the team, we'll match you to clients closer to where you live. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree (required, minimum) — in ABA, Psychology, Education, Child Development, Social Work, or related field 2+ years of hands‐on ABA experience is a strong plus Genuine interest in working with children with autism Spanish speaking is a strong plus (many families in this region speak Spanish at home) Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation Available for after‐school hours (3 PM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday) and/or weekends Comfortable covering a wider region in the short term How to apply Apply directly through our careers page at https://www.behaviatherapy.com/rbt-application, or email with any questions.
