5 Billable Hours Per Week Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a long-term assignment in Ridgecrest, California. This opportunity involves working directly with students requiring behavioral support services while collaborating closely with educators, therapists, and behavioral specialists. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting students with developmental or behavioral needs, and maintaining a positive, structured learning environment.
