This role offers an excellent opportunity to accumulate supervised hours toward your RBT, BCBA, LMFT, or LCSW certification while making a meaningful impact on individuals and families.
Schedule:
We are looking for a part time BT for 30 hours a week at a home in
Whittier Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior ABA experience is advantageous but not required; we welcome motivated candidates eager to develop their skills. Must pass a criminal background check Must pass a TB test
Training and Support:
Completion of 40 hours of RBT training or a Competency Assessment is required. Candidates comfortable working with clients exhibiting minor aggression will receive certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) to ensure safety and confidence in your role.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay is determined based on experience, certifications, and skill level. Gain valuable supervised hours and practical experience while delivering personalized 1:1 services to individuals and families with developmental disabilities. With a 6-month commitment, receive supervision hours for LMFT or BCBA certification. This position provides a structured path for professional growth in behavioral health.
