Training and Support:

Completion of 40 hours of RBT training or a Competency Assessment is required. Candidates comfortable working with clients exhibiting minor aggression will receive certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) to ensure safety and confidence in your role.

Starting pay is determined based on experience, certifications, and skill level.
