This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to make a positive difference in classrooms near Winton, CA, working 35 hours each week. As an RBT, you'll collaborate closely with educators and support staff to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. You'll help foster a productive and inclusive learning environment, guiding students in developing vital social, behavioral, and academic skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and caregivers Flexible, organized, and compassionate approach

Responsibilities:
