Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide specialized support within an educational setting in Woodland, CA. The role focuses on delivering one-on-one behavioral interventions for a first-grade student in a general education classroom demonstrating intense behaviors. This contract position offers consistent hours from ASAP through June 5, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) tailored to the student's needs. Provide one-on-one behavioral support to a young student exhibiting attention-seeking and avoidance behaviors. Collaborate with classroom staff and paraprofessionals to maintain a supportive and structured learning environment. Monitor and document behavioral progress and challenges regularly. Utilize evidence-based behavioral techniques with fidelity.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with children demonstrating intense behaviors in school settings. Ability to follow BIP protocols and collaborate effectively with BCBAs and educational teams. Strong communication and data collection skills. Patience, adaptability, and commitment to student success.

Contract Duration:
