Essential Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Works one-on-one with students to affect behavior changes
• Evaluate student's needs
• Provide Interventions to redirect behavior and implement their Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Assess crisis situations
• Defuse situations using conflict resolution and crisis management techniques
• Reinforce appropriate behaviors
• Redirect negative behaviors
