Job Description

trainingwheelsecdc.com Tired of working for large ABA companies that treat you like a number? Training Wheels ECDC is a clinician-owned, BCBA-led company focused on meaningful support for both clients and staff. Founded and led by a practicing BCBA, Training Wheels was created to bring authenticity, collaboration, and compassion back to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. We understand the challenges of working in the field — and we're here to support professionals who want to make a real difference. We're seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or experienced behavior technician to join our mission-driven team. You'll work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans, build meaningful skills, and support families in their natural environments.
What You'll Do:
Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans under remote BCBA supervision. Provide ABA services in clients' natural environments — home, daycare, and preschool settings. Collect accurate data on client progress and communicate observations to your BCBA supervisor. Collaborate professionally with families, caregivers, and team members. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all professional activities.
What We're Looking For:
A current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a Behavior Technician (BT) with at least one year of ABA experience who is interested in pursuing RBT certification — training and support provided. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred). Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs preferred. Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping children grow and succeed. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to travel to client homes or community settings within the Aurora/Denver area. Willingness to receive remote supervision from a BCBA.
What We Offer:
Flexible part-time schedule. Competitive pay based on experience and credentials. Supportive, clinician-led environment that values your professional growth. Training and supervision toward RBT certification (if not yet certified). BCBA supervision hours for qualified BCBA supervision students. Technology stipend. $18-24/hour, with opportunities for increased rates based on experience, reliability, and caseload consistency. Consistent assignment with 2 clients to start. Employment is contingent upon passing a criminal background check and verification of professional credentials.

We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants with disabilities during the hiring process.
