• Part-time Job Description The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a home setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and looking for consistent hours with a supportive and responsive team. You'll be working closely with a client to implement individualized treatment plans, build meaningful skills, and make a real impact—while receiving ongoing clinical support.
