Behavior Technician (School‑Based) - Hiring Immediately!
Location:
Denver, CO Pay:
Starting at $20/hr , higher for experienced candidates Interview Today! We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support students in school settings throughout the Castle Rock area. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children, supporting behavior plans, and helping students succeed academically and socially. Position Highlights School‑based schedule (no nights or weekends) Full‑time and part‑time opportunities Competitive pay starting at $22/hr Higher rates available for experienced BTs/RBTs Immediate interviews available Responsibilities Provide 1:1 or small‑group behavioral support to students Implement behavior intervention plans Support teachers and school staff with classroom management Track and document student progress Maintain a positive, supportive learning environment Requirements Experience working with children (school, daycare, ABA, or similar) Behavior tech or ABA experience preferred but not required Ability to pass background checks and onboarding requirements Apply Today Call or text Malik with Amergis Staffing at 303‑209‑8886 to schedule your interview.
