United Care ABA is looking for caring, dependable Spanish-speaking professionals to work one-on-one with children throughout Colorado. If you've worked in a school, daycare, childcare program, as a DSP, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, nanny, camp counselor, or another child-focused role, your experience may be a great fit. Many of our team members come from childcare, education, and healthcare backgrounds and successfully transition into this field with our training and support. What Is a Behavior Technician? Behavior Technicians (BTs) work directly with children, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through structured activities, play, and positive reinforcement. BTs work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and play an important role in helping children reach meaningful goals. Qualified candidates will start as a Behavior Technician and be expected to work toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We provide the training, supervision, and support needed to help you obtain your RBT credential. Registered Behavior Technicians are in high demand throughout Colorado and across the country, making this an excellent long-term career path for individuals who enjoy working with children and families. Some team members choose to continue their education and pursue becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
