We provide thoughtful, high-impact services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs across home and community settings. We're hiring an experienced, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who's ready to make a real impact and have a little fun while doing it! Paid Training Travel Reimbursement Paid fieldwork supervision hours for those pursuing their degree/BCBA RBT certificate reimbursement & exam fee coverage Opportunities for career advancement Competitive salary Ongoing training and professional development (CEUs) Flexible scheduling options RBT Duties and Key Responsibilities Provide direct ABA services to children and adolescents in their homes, following individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Ensure that data are accurately collected, recorded, and reported to the BCBA. Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency. Assist in developing program materials. Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education. Maintain confidentiality of all client information and adhere to ethical standards in behavioral health practices.
RBT Experience and Qualifications:
Hold/maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience in ABA Willingness to work with a range of ages & abilities Experience with ABA principles, data collection, and behavior intervention techniques Passionate about working with children and their families Experience with Central Reach data collection and scheduling is a plus! Ability to pass a background check and reference check Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
