Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT-Certified)
Location:
Englewood, CO Prime Path ABA is actively hiring RBT-Certified professionals to join our growing Colorado team. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, community, and/or clinic settings under the supervision of a BCBA.   • Englewood Schedule:
    Monday
  • Friday:
    3:30 PM
  • 6:30 PM / 7:00 PM Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA Collect accurate session data Maintain professional and compassionate communication with families Follow ethical standards and HIPAA compliance Attend supervision and team meetings as required Qualifications Active RBT Certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass background check Experience working with children with autism preferred What We Offer Competitive pay: $27•33 per hour Flexible scheduling options Paid sick time Strong BCBA support and supervision Consistent cases (no overbooking) Mileage reimbursement (where applicable) Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, responsive leadership team Additional Hiring Locations Colorado Springs Aurora Centennial Northglenn Parker (You will be matched with cases near your location whenever possible.
