The RBT will work directly with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in providing support to clients and helping them achieve their behavioral goals through structured programs. Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors in accordance with established protocols.
• Assist in the development of care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding behavioral management techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to behavioral therapy.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities that promote skill development and positive behavior change.
• Monitor client safety and well-being during sessions, addressing any concerns promptly. Experience
• Previous experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices is highly desirable.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of client care.
• Experience in data collection methods related to behavioral therapy is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
• A passion for educating others about behavior management strategies is a key component of this role.
