Staffing for an after school case. RBT must be fluent in Spanish.

Job Overview As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will empower you to implement tailored behavior management strategies and assist clients in achieving their personal goals. You will work closely with children, providing compassionate care and guidance while fostering their growth and independence. What you'll do Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles to enhance clients' skills and behaviors. Assist children with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promoting independence and self-care skills. Collect and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective interventions. Provide support in behavioral therapy sessions, utilizing positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including medical records and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education and behavioral management. Basic qualifications Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities. Behavior Technician Experience Preferred qualifications RBT Credential Background in special education or related fields. Familiarity with data collection methods used in behavioral therapy settings. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members. Passion for teaching and supporting individuals in their personal development journey.
