Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a vital role supporting elementary students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, working full-time onsite for the academic year. This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across two elementary school environments, collaborating with educators, families, and school teams to develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans. Your expertise will guide the creation of supportive environments and empower students to reach their fullest potential. Each day, you'll be a resource for innovative strategies, positive reinforcement, and professional collaboration.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required Must submit a copy of CDE license or COOL with your application (applications without this documentation cannot be considered) Previous experience supporting elementary school-aged students is highly valued Proven ability to develop and adjust behavior intervention plans based on data and ongoing assessment Excellent interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with staff, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral consultation and support to students across two elementary schools Conduct assessments to identify behavior needs and create individualized plans Train and support school staff in best practices for implementing interventions Monitor and document student progress, making timely adjustments as needed Serve as a positive advocate for students, promoting inclusive and supportive learning environments This position is full-time, 36 hours per week, for the 2026-2027 school year.
