What You'll Earn $22-$27/hour based on experience and certification $500 sign-on bonus for all new RBT hires Up to $9,000 in tuition assistance — whether you're pursuing your BCBA, a master's degree, or a completely different path in healthcare 30 guaranteed hours/week — client cancellations don't affect your paycheck Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match PTO that grows with your tenure + six paid holidays Your Schedule In-home, Monday-Friday. No weekends unless desired, no late nights. Scheduling is aligned with client availability within your assigned area, with a typical window of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Supervision is provided through a combination of telehealth and in-person overlap with your BCBA. Where This Role Can Take You We invest in your next step, whatever that looks like: Lead RBT — take on additional responsibilities while deepening your clinical skills Mentor RBT — support fellow RBTs and contribute to team culture QASP-S — oversee treatment quality across ABA programs BCBA — we support RBTs pursuing their master's degree with internships and tuition assistance OT, PT, SLP, or healthcare administration — we'll support whichever direction you choose What You'll Do Day-to-Day Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges — in their homes Bring individualized treatment plans to life through hands-on, child-centered sessions Support parent and caregiver engagement by modeling strategies and communicating professionally as directed by your BCBA Collect accurate session data and track real progress with kids and families Collaborate regularly with your supervising BCBA through telehealth and in-person overlap sessions Travel between client homes within your assigned geographic region What You'll Need Active RBT certification or have completed your 40-hour training and are scheduled to sit for your exam. Or join us as a BT and work towards your certification with us! High school diploma or equivalent (proof required upon hire) 18 years or older Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between client homes Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance Genuine passion for working with children This role involves active, physical work: you'll be on your feet, on the floor, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
